Basic Information

Once your order has been processsed, it will be dispatched to you within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once dispatched, your product can take up to 7 working days to arrive, but is usually sooner.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched which will tell you how your order has been dispatched and supply any additional details (if required).

We charge a flat rate fee of £3.95(GBP) on all UK orders.

Worldwide Shipping

We are happy to deliver worldwide and charge a flat rate fee of £5.95(GBP) on all international orders. International orders (once dispatched) can take up to 14 days to arrive for any European orders, and up to 21 days for the rest of the world.

Please be aware that the customs authorities in your country may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges. As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any such costs. These costs are outside our control, and vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office if you require further information.

If you require guaranteed next day delivery then please contact us via our Contact page prior to ordering and we will do all we can to assist you. We are able to offer the service on most items, subject to stock availability. We guarantee to reply within 24 hours.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days. You will need to complete the 'Return Form' that was received within your order (if you have lost this form we can send you one via email, just contact us via our contact page). Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. Cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service.

The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

PayPal refunds will appear back in your PayPal account within 7 days.

If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product, complete the exchange section of the 'Return Form' and we will send out a replacement.

Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment is faulty.

Faulty Returns

If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please complete the 'Return Form', and return the item(s) to us.

We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.

Delivery costs will be refunded if the product is faulty.

Please be careful when trying products on. Ensuring that you are not wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant which may leave marks on the product. We will only accept products returned to us in their original condition.
